To prevent obesity in neutered cats
Neutered cats gain weight more easily than unneutered cats. Due to the hormonal adjustment of metabolism after castration, cats often become significantly calmer, but still, have a good appetite. Obesity or even obesity can be the result. But the extra kilos are not just a “small beauty flaw”. Obesity significantly increases the risk of diabetes, urinary stones and other diseases. The cat’s quality of life and also life expectancy can thereby be severely limited. To prevent obesity and its consequences, a high-fibre and filling diet with a medium-high fat content is recommended. Highly activity-promoting protein and an optimally adapted mineral content to particularly protect the urinary tract characterize an optimal feed.
Happy Cat Adult Sterilized Weide-Lamb for adult, sensitive cats with a tendency to overweight or for feeding after castration is such a high-quality and complete food. The good full diet contains only 10.5 per cent fat but has a high proportion of easily digestible proteins from lamb and poultry. The low-calorie recipe guarantees that the animal does not gain weight even though it moves less, but still feel full. The fine recipe is made without fish.
